Subfuse is a one-man coin operated graphic design & coding operation since 2000. Most of the time being self-employed, sometimes being employed. Subfuse is operated by Eike Menijn (also known as Paul Rabattski, a pseudonym-leftover from his Berlin-era). By the way, writing about yourself in the third person is pretty weird. Here’s my work experience:
2012 – present
Self-employed. Always interested in new business opportunities.
2012 – 2012
Team lead Graphic Design Dept. at O’Neill Europe BV, Warmond, the Netherlands.
At O’Neill I have focused primarily on the creation and partial art direction of print collateral, be it catalogues, lookbooks, presskits, ads, logos, global seasonal grids, hangtags, identities for events including posters or any other form of Marketing Sales- and Retail-related products like outdoor campaigns (moving and stationary) and retail materials.
I have lead a small team of two graphic designers and a varying number of interns and reported directly to the Global Marketing Mgr.
2010 – 2012

2001 – 2010

Over the course of my career I have created both off- and online design for a range of international clients such as Nike, O’Neill, Adidas and Stüssy. I also worked for agencies such as Sid Lee, Scholz & Friends Interactive, Aimaq Rapp Stolle, Agency.com, Tribal DDB and Ottonico. I have coded solutions such as sites, banners, cms and scripts for InDesign & Illustrator for clients like (2)90 Square Meters, O’Neill, Hi and Renault. For a full client list please click here.
